My beautiful Byron,

Weather has finally turned. Its been sunny every day until  it started raining last night and it has been bucketing down. It’s a lot like England.

My new home, 1986

My new home, 1986

I had almost forgotten what it’s like to not have glorious sunshine all day every day. And you know what? I don’t miss that part one bit.

My news about the agents selling my flats (Savills) is not so good. But I will tell you more about that when the dust settles. Can you imagine, after all this time and the fantastic child-centric judgment by Michele O’Leary awarding ‘sole conduct of sale‘ of my home to someone other than myself, neither flat has sold and I still get to pay all the costs and 8% interest on a six figure costs award by O’Leary to Adler.
So sorry that this judge has happened to you. And to me. And to John. And to every other child that is subject to her brand of personalized justice in family court.

I hope that comes to an end soon so that the animosity O’Leary’s judgment has fomented between your parents does not continue affecting my means to pay a lawyer to represent you and your right to be with me as much as you choose. But I can;t see how it will, because the judgment of O’Leary makes a successful outcome impossible.

I miss you.
Love you.
