My beautiful Byron,

Hi from the beach on this sunny Thursday. I am in a coffee shop that is playing old Bob Marley music and I have a clear hour to spend with you on this page.

After the disappointment of last week, the decision by the family court to not allow me to attend a hearing where I would be able to address the various offenses that are ongoing by members of family law, affecting not only the flood to my home in Riverbank, but more seriously, our prospects of seeing each other, I have decided to block Amlot/Adler from emailing me.

They only ever send deceitful emails that work hard to obstruct any prospect of us seeing each other, so with that in mind, there is no point in me receiving these emails that only ever make me upset. Because I so want to see you and they are so determined to stop that happening.

I am also outraged by the failure of the family court service to act on the serial breaches of law that Amlot/Adler keep getting away with, while I am still refused the right to be heard in court, where they apply for whatever they choose and a judge (Usually a woman judge, usually Michele O’Leary, the original switch judge who obstructed the witnesses in the original hearing in 2015) simply awards them their requests in hearings where I am neither represented, nor able to represent myself.

I say it makes a mockery of the law as well as being child abuse; because it abuses both my child and the child in me, who believed the judiciary in the UK was not mired in the type of dishonest injustice I have seen since someone I helped enormously told a lie to a court in order to steal my home and blackmail me with visitation for my child.

It will be seven years this coming June. And still their vigorous efforts in stopping our visitation right after you were removed from my home remains successful because; they have lied in court and abused the system by lying in court and covering it up with more lies.

That is almost seven years of constant obstruction. Preventing any visitation and then telling the court that it was me, not them, who didn’t want visitation. When the simple fact shows – they defended my application for immediate visitation right after you left, winning a hearing to prevent that overnight visitation at the very beginning. Once that battle was won, it became harder as time went on, up until February 2016, when they simply stopped even skype calls. And at no time was I able to address a court to show the letters and the evidence of how they have acted. I even have bona fide witnesses able to show the full weight of their lies. Instead, they have repeatedly gone back to court, to change the judgment points to suit their ongoing deceits and the court has ruled for them 100% of the time without ever allowing me to speak. Or be represented. It is no really fair at all. Members of family law all getting together and stopping me from being able to say anything while they pass whatever judgments they choose to hide the fact that they are committing larceny and child abuse in the process.

So that is that. I have now blocked Amlot on email and I will wait for the court to write to me, if ever any member of the family court starts to wonder whether the kind of child abuse they have practices in the case of Adler vs Broulidakis is in fact what they should be remembered for. It feels good to let that go.

I have spoken with professionals in this area. They say parental alienation is common. And that malicious mother syndrome means it is likely you have received the same information as the British family court. That would present you with a picture at odds with how you remember me. I hope you remember me exactly as we were. I am exactly as I was when we lived together and I will provide anything you need if you are able to find the resolve to demand seeing your father. One day, when you are old enough.

So that’s for then.

IMG_4710This week I saw an old Labrador named Caesar. I have been saying hello to Caesar on my morning walks for some years now. But this time his owner, Greg, told me that it was likely his last day. He is so old. 14 years and 3 months. And he is right at the end of his life. He is happy though. I said goodbye, and as I walked on I remembered Wallace. He made it to 15. That is a long story for another day. I was not able to share the story with you at the time Wallace died, thanks to Adler making sure I didn’t know where you where to even write to you. And because she explained that unless I gave her £100,000, I would not be able to see you. Which meant I never got to tell you the story of Wallace’s last day.
It is in a book now, so you will one day be able to read that.

Then I remembered one of my previous dogs. His name was Apollo. he was a German Shepherd, from a very well bred line. He was super big and super smart.

apollowThis picture is taken in the farmhouse in Chartwell. That was my home for three years before I emigrated to Europe. This is Apollo, the dominant male with Cindy next to him. They were a pair. But he was very dominant.

My hair was braided by the secretary at Minc Studios, where I used to do some recordings.

I don’t remember the young ladies name, but she was Black and at that time, the law in South Africa was a lot like family law in Britain today.  She was Black and I was White, and there were laws that made it a crime for any kind of familiarity to go on between us.  Even though it was only braiding hair. (It is where the hair is woven in strands into a little braid that is then tied to keep it intact.  The braids lasted about six months. Then I took them out because you couldn’t wash you hair properly with braids and they start to smell. They are a bit like dreadlocks.  Doing my braids took her about three hours to do, one morning at the studio. I walked in and she said “Would you like me to braid your hair.”

I said “Yes”. And three hours later I had this amazing interaction complete at a time when such a thing was illegal.

Every day I would return to the farmhouse where the dogs kept guard. Apollo was attack trained and was smarter than many people I have met since. He had that loyalty and integrity that only dogs can fully represent. When I left South Africa, he was about 5.  I had to leave him behind at my Mothers home, 3 acres in Bryanston. I was sad to say goodbye to my dogs, but I had to leave because South Africa was not safe for me at that time. I knew I would never return as well, so it was a final goodbye.Months later I  heard he would wonder outside of the garden fencing – which he was trained not to do. One day he wandered some distance where he knowingly entered an area where a pack of 30 feral dogs lived. On his own, he went at them head first. He was around six by the time. To me, that was a deliberate decision.

Shortly after Apollo died, my second dog Cindy, found a way through the back fence, where our property adjoined the neighbor, the golfer, Gary Player. The first time in her life she breached that perimeter fence. She walked into the busy road, the Witkoppen Road, into the path of a speeding car. I think that too was intentional. She loved both Apollo and me and probably didn’t wan’t to live alone. German Shepherds are so very smart.

I heard  news about both dogs  from my new home in London. I was living in Riverbank at that time with John’s mother, who I was married to.Apollo was an amazing dog. He had a full life. I had 6 German Shepherds during my life in South Africa. When I lived in the house on Eaton Avenue. That house is now a Wellness Center. Which is kind of funny, because I now make wellness music.
Well. That’s my hour with you today.
I hope all’s well.
I saw your school report. History is an A. Well done. I am not surprised. I was very good at math as well. I hope you enjoy math. Its nice because there is always a right and wrong answer. I like that. You can depend on math.F489F362-B87F-4F07-BD15-3E1581274822_HDR
I am near the end of my current album. I think I will call it ‘Meditation music on African guitar’. Or something like that. Its guitar based using my Black Stratocaster guitar. I am really enjoying this one.
Miss you,
Love you,
Daddy
