IMG_4758_HDRMy beautiful Byron,

Thursdays visit finds me in the desert, working on my list of stuff. My to do list includes the artwork and song titles for my new music album. Because it’s inspired by my growing up in Africa, I am thinking of calling it ‘African Art Meditation Music.’ Also because I met a well known artist here, who told me he uses my music while he paints, because it helps inspire him. So I think people who do art, or creative stuff, are likely to play my music.  I am also planning to start a new YouTube channel to target lots of people who like my sort of music. Which is all instrumental and good for some specific lifestyle choices, like thinking clearly, meditation and even falling asleep in a positive way.

We are in the desert to see Marge and Martha. Marge is having a knee replacement and she needs a bit of support. I like to help Phyllis with her mum and she helps me with mine. We both like to help elderly people. Its very rewarding. We stay in Hotels when we visit, and I always find time to spend an hour by the pool enjoying the desert sun. It is very lovely at this time of year. Not too hot.

On the visit front, I have no good news. The family court said they would send me a letter with their decision to not allow me to speak in person, and guess what. Seventeen days afrter saying “The judgment is in the post” I am still waiting. It sure is amazing how often they tell me they will do something and then don’t. I am used to it though. And I think I have a balanced perspective on British Family law. I guess, by now, you do too. Still, I live in hope that someone will come along and go. “Oh dear. This isn’t right at all. It makes a mockery of all that Britain stands for in regard to a fair judiciary. Something must be done or British family court will have no defense against the charge of being the worst child abuser in Britain. With Hugo Fernandes. August 2014

It was Phyllis birthday on Tuesday. You will be happy to know she is still a teenager. We had a party with Hugo singing. Hugo always asks after you. Do you still have the harmonica he gave you when you were in California? he is still playing great and works almost every night performing in venues around Los Angeles. He performs his song that he wrote for you sometimes. And people take notice. ‘Family law, what is it good for?

I have sold my motorbike and hope to replace it at some point. I want to get another BMW. My favorite bikes. This one looks ideal. With the famous BMW Boxer engine. Two cylinders. Horizontally opposed. Its a magnificent engine design that BMW have used for almost a hundred years. German engineering is really something.
